What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take pride in providing you with the best tax service and in making it a positive experience for you. The tax preparation process involves an initial phone consult and an Identify Verification process. After that we'll arrange for you to submit your 2020 tax documents. Also pls have a copy of your 2019 Federal and State returns for my review. I'm honored that you've chosen to entrust me with your financial matters. Pls know there are privacy safeguards in place to secure your financial data.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a CPA for 25 years and possess the breadth and depth of knowledge one would expect of a Certified Public Accountant. As a CPA, on a bi-annual basis I obtain 80 hours of ongoing professional education. I am also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, experienced with both Desktop and Online versions.

Yes, I have a pricing schedule that's based on the type of Schedules that are being prepared and the volume of transactions.
