What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and acquire information and set up an engagement letter before I begin work so the client understands the price and the services we are performing. We are there to help our clients to learn to run their business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business Administration degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a Masters of Science degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. I have an active CPA license in Missouri and Colorado.

How did you get started in this business?
After gaining experience in big 4 accounting firms in both audit and tax, I set up my own accounting firm in Independence, Missouri.
