What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation in understanding a clients needs is the beginning. Meeting and exchanging information. If the client is prepared correctly, we only need to meet once.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Enrolled Agent with IRS, I am required to take continuing education each year to stay current with the ever changing tax laws. I have been doing this for over 20 years, therefore I have 500+ hours of education taken. In addition, I have taught several courses to idividuals over the years, easily spending another 500+ hours instructing.
