But we told the client the truth and they are still friends with us today. We know our job is to save people from financial ruin, but unfortunately we can only go so far - we need total cooperation. With the covid 19, we are conducting phone chats or virtual zoom appointments on the initial meeting. Our clients come to us with questions on how to protect and grow their retirement savings.
We always conduct a financial analysis. This is necessary for both parties to see if we would be a good fit in working together and also aids us in making solid and suitable recommendations.
Usually we will schedule a second call to review recommendations and answer questions. At this time we will discuss how to move forward.
We don't charge an upfront fee but we do expect the client to be considerate of our busy schedules and make every effort to keep scheduled appointments or call in to reschedule if the appoinment time cannot be kept for any reason.
