How did you get started in this business?
Originally an engineer. After watching my grandmother lose her retirement to the stock market in 2008, I decided to follow my passion for investing and change careers. Ever since then, I work every day helping people structure their investments for a solid, comfortable and relaxing retirement.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I specifically focus on those near and in retirement.

Every day I wake up and see my family is a great day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find a person that values your needs, and will be here for you and your family; not someone who reports to a large organization who values their shareholders.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about what you truly want in retirement, with regards to your money, and what type of relationship you want with your advisor. Does the advisor report to large bank or brokerage firm who must keep their shareholders happy? Will the advisor be there in 1, 2, or 5 years - or do the advisors move around frequently?
