What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting all information need to complete tax preparation. Have clients answer questionnaires. Then upload their documents into intuiting. Once the return is complete send the client a docu sign. the client can then use the pay with your refund return or credit card. Once the client pays. Then return is Mailed! In process of getting approval for efiling taxes.And for bookkeeping I use quickbooks software!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in Business Management. Also, I have been doing tax preparation for over 25 years for personal and small businesses.

How did you get started in this business?
I have been doing bookkeeping for25 years for my husband and Worked in a factory for 18 years and have back problems so I decided it would be a good way to make a living!

Make sure they are flexible in their time with their bookkeeper and accountant. Specify that confidentiality is a big key!
