I love being a massage therapist and I love helping people feel better. I have been working as a therapist for 7 years now. The first 6.5 years was at a spa. I worked at a Chiropractic office for a bit and have now gone out on my own. I work out of my home in Cottage Grove MN. I enjoy helping people feel better by releasing muscle tension and creating a space for them to unwind and relax. Everyone needs a place they can go to unplug and recharge in this crazy world. I give that to people.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can call, text, or email me to set up an appt. I will get a bit of info from you and send you an intake form to fill out before you come for your appt. I take cash, Vermont, and credit cards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Globe University in Sept. 2013 with a diploma in Massage Therapy.
