We provide individual, couples and group counseling. We specialize in anxiety disorders, Internal Family Systems ( parts work) an couples counseling. We are a sex and kink positive clinic. We are LGBTQ2S positive allies. We are a teaching clinic and accept pre- licensed supervised interns to practice. We accept most insurance and have weekday, evening and tele-therapy hours. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and in Education. I am a MN board approved supervisor. I have been in private practice for 14 years as a small business owner I have expertise in the ins and outs of running a business and career counseling. I am certified in PREPERE , an assessment for premarital couples. I specialize in life.

We accept most insurance as well as out of pocket, for clients that do not want a mental health diagnosis.

Pride. For 2 years I have volunteered and promoted my clinic at a LGBT+ booth and provided resources to Pride attendees.
