What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our client will come in and meet with us for an hour or less while we prepare the return. They have every opportunity to watch and ask any questions they may have. We also ask the questions we need to ask to prepare the return correctly.
If a new client does not wish to meet with us, we can do the return without the client there, as long as we call or email the client as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our preparers are Enrolled Agents, meaning that we have passed a test administered by the IRS to ensure competency at Federal Tax preparation.
We must complete continuing education to maintain the Enrolled Agent credential.
