What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a conversation with a client regarding their needs, and come up with a creative brief outlining what services we will be providing and an estimate of the costs. Once we send an estimate and the client agrees to the terms, we will remain in constant communication regarding where the project is from start to finish and answer all questions along the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our designers obtained their BAs and continued their training and educational journeys to stay up to date on the latest design and graphics technology and trends. We have a combined 35 years of experience in the fields of graphic design, branding, marketing, web design, and motion graphics.
