What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Kristi Phillips completed her Business Administration Degree from Washington State University and then worked in Industry before returning to school to obtain a Master’s in Education from San Francisco State University and earned her teaching credential in k-12 education. She went on to teach at the middle school level for the early part of her career. Dr. Phillips subsequently studied for a master’s diploma in Clinical Psychology before going on to be awarded a doctorate in Clinical psychology from Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Phillips completed her residency/internship at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis Minnesota. Dr. Phillips has considerable experience in carrying out psychological assessment and treatment for a range of mental health concerns. She has worked with individuals across all age groups and in a range of settings, including inpatient, residential and, outpatient care.

Fees for Services
- $300 for initial evaluation
- $250 for individual session
Billing Process
The credit, debit, or HSA card on file will be charged following each session. A statement that can be submitted to your insurance company will be created for you on the first day of each month, and will be available from the secure client portal.
Health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA) may be used to pay for therapy. Please feel free to use either of these as your means of payment.
