Everyone has an important story to tell. As an empathetic, genuine Psychologist, I listen with compassion and offer my observations, insights, or simply my reflective silence. My clients are diverse in terms of presenting issues, background, age, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. My approach is non-judgmental and incorporates Eastern philosophy and modern Western psychology and medicine.

Our lives are a reflection of stored memories and subsequent, often suppressed emotions and behavioral patterns. I enjoy offering an individual the opportunity to explore his/her story (svadyaya or self study) to release emotions and behaviors that interfere with his/her ability to live with confidence and integrity. I consider it an honor to witness an individual grow through the process of therapy and work toward enlightenment.
