Betsy Sansby, Counseling And Coaching With Over 35 Years Experience
About
After seeing 100s of clients over the past 35 years, I’ve gotten good at predicting who will get get better, and who won’t.
It’s a pretty simple formula that applies to just about anything worth doing:
The people who get better work harder.
That’s it. The formula for success in just about any endeavor.
Working with me is a lot like working with a personal trainer. My job is to: 1) help you figure out what you need, 2) develop any skills you lack, 3) and give you interesting assignments each week to move you steadily toward your goals.
All I ask is that you commit to doing your part during, but more importantly, in between sessions, where it matters the most.
I can help you live a more balanced, joyful, and meaningful life.

Betsy was recently profiled in The Lake Minnetonka Magazine, in an article that focused on her improbable--and mildly heroic--journey as the non-tech-saavy creator of a communication app for theiPhone and iPad, Although she designed the Express Yourself ECards. app as a communication tool for couples in her therapy practice, the app is now available to anyone as a free download at the App Store.

Client reviews:
“I remember having two very specific thoughts in one of my sessions with Betsy: 1. This wasn’t going to be easy. 2. I was going to learn a lot.”
Betsy has a firm but gentle way of getting to the hard stuff and helping you gather the strength to face it. There are times when we need an experienced guide to help us get on the right path, identify obstacles, and remind us of what we are capable of achieving.
Betsy is an amazing and experienced guide.I recommend her highly to anyone thinking of taking the journey to ‘better.’” Michael Melnick, Counseling client
