We are in-network with many insurances including BCBS, Cigna, and Healthpartners.
I feel many people come back to my clinic because they experience relief and feel cared for.
I really try to listen to people and discuss what their concerns are about their health.
I take the time necessary to do a good job every time.
I enjoy being a person people can trust with their health and tailoring the treatments to exactly what they need.
I often include muscle work with adjustments as well as teach exercises because it works so well for people.
I really enjoy it.
I enjoy working with individuals who are interested in improving their health.
I work with people according to what their body specifically needs. I enjoy doing muscle work and targeting what is actually wrong followed by specific adjustments to realign the spine.
I enjoy getting adjustments just right for people and to see the joy when people start to find relief with something that works.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by identifying the issue you would like resolved and assess whether it is a good fit for us to tackle.
After that, we begin with an examination of the postural and muscular systems looking for imbalances.
Then muscle testing is performed. If a muscle tests weak, we have techniques to strengthen the muscle right away.
After the muscular system is reset we begin to look for spinal fixations that may be affecting nerve communication and blood flow to different areas of the body.
Patients notice a difference right away. Many have commented on how their body feels completely different and balanced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started in this business?
I had a traumatic spine injury when I was working construction in 2005. I suffered from repeated back pain and wondered: "Is this it? Is this how my back is going to feel forever?"
Then I had my first adjustment. It was life-changing. The pain wasn't completely gone but it was significantly improved!
I decided then and there that I would dedicate my life to learning how to help others with pain.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently had a patient come in who was suffering from a tingling pain in her hand. It was affecting her ability to work effectively on her computer.
After just 3 visits that pain has vanished and hasn't come back even 3 weeks later. It was great to see how the treatment had improved her life so quickly!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone knowledgeable that you can trust.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I always ask people these two questions:
"Have you tried muscle testing?"
and
"Wouldn't you like to come to a practitioner that tests before and after a correction rather than just hoping that it worked?"
