What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our intake process varies by whether you are a "paper person" or whether you are comfortable uploading documents to our secure portal. We'll help you either way! Once we have your documents, we prepare your return, ask you questions to help better understand your situation and to make sure we are getting all your deductions. Once complete, you sign a form, allowing us to e-file and you are done! Our clients love how easy we make the tax prep process. You literally don't need to leave your couch!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tax preparers are Enrolled Agents, meaning they are licensed by the IRS to represent taxpayers, nationwide; all the bookkeepers are Quickbooks ProAdvisors.
