What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the client's lead, meeting via zoom, phone, or face to face. Most clients like to meet face to face or over video conference for the first meeting. This is when documents are provided and we can ask necessary questions. Tax returns typically take 1-2 weeks to complete during the busy season and a day or two during off season.
