I am an industry specialist for small business and individuals, having been the operations manager for a $22mil corporation, and am the director of operations of a non-profit based here in Minnesota. I have been a Forensic Accountant/Controller for the past 11 years. I also am an Associate Professor teaching Graduate Accounting and Finance so I am current on all the latest trends and laws.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a one on one personal meeting either in-person or virtual to find out what their questions are and what they are thinking that they need. Once we know what they feel they need then we can look at what I can do to fill those needs.
