Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll services.
Process all federal and state payroll taxes and state sales taxes.
Prepare financial and regulatory tax reports required by law.
Compile financial reports pertaining to cash receipts, expenditures and profit and loss
Track and record cash, checks, and vouchers.
Reconcile accounts.
Mange monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information ensuring accuracy of financial statements.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the potiential client in person or via Skype and ask the client what their needs,and concerns may be. How what to make sure our services match their needs. I also want to make sure the client is confident and secure with putting their company's finances in our hands. Customer service is definitely a priority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is in Accounting. I am a Certified Bookkeeper, Certified Payroll Specialist and a QuickBooks Proadvisor. I have over 20 years in accounting and administrative industry. From process accounts payable, accounts receivable,sales taxes, financial reports, payroll processing, payroll taxes, payroll filings.
