What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Detailed phone conversation or meeting with client to determine client's tax needs. From there, we can schedule a meeting to go over tax docs and complete the interview or we can do everything remotely through secure link uploads.
After that, I email a draft for review to verify accurate spelling of names, addresses, SSN, etc. you sign the efile with via another secured link. I will invoice at that time, upon payment a final review is conducted and the tax return is efuled. Final hard copies of the return are mailed within 48 hours.

How did you get started in this business?
It's been my dream since high school, I knew then I wanted to be an accountant. I love what I do. It's challenging and every client is different.

I have assisted with restaurant services, bars, construction companies, rentals etc. I have a large variety of clients and am able to assist you with your needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Watching my boys grow up and want to help me at the office. They're great!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure they are licensed by the CPA board or IRS as an Enrolled Agent.
When reviewing your tax return, the preparer's name should be on that return as well.
