Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really want to have a detailed conversation about our clients needs and expectations. It's important for us to learn about what has worked for them in the past. If this is a new injury, knowing how it happened will allow us to create a care plan.
For those coming in for one visit, we want to find out how we can best serve them that day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All therapists have a minimum of 750 hours of education with an acredited school. At this time Danielle & Katie have had extensive continuing education for Muscle Balancing, Myofascial Technique, Active Isolated Stretching, Gua Sha, Postural Assessment, Ortopedic Massage, and Myoskeletal Alignment

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There are so many to choose from. Since it is golf season, there have been an increase in people coming in with shoulder and low back pain. It's great when clients return to let us know their game improved and they were able to golf pain-free.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The phrase 'No pain No gain' does not need to apply when working towards muscle balancing. With our experience and advanced techniques, we are able to help people acheive pain-free movement with techniques that won't make you scream uncle.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Please let us know about surgies and injuries. If you are on medications that are meant to increase your blood pressure, be sure to let us know.
Feel free to share any and all concerns about massage with us.
