I believe that it is important to engage in conversations with people to get a deeper understanding of their preferred communication styles, topics, and approaches to therapy. I believe everyone has a story to tell, and that their stories are incredibly important. My goal is to foster change one individual at a time.

I have worked with clients who have faced challenges such as trauma/depression/anxiety, I have worked in athletics, college/school systems, hospital settings, and mental health systems. I enjoy helping people navigate through difficult times and situations.
