What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a strength-based intake assessment and establish client goals. The client works on their goals using yoga.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed professional mental health social worker with an MSW from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Registered yoga teacher (200 hrs). Certified in treating crisis and clinical trauma. I volunteer for the American Red Cross as a disaster mental health social worker.

Fee is $65 for a 90 minute session. Cash or check. Do not take insurance.
