My passion is working with others to help them find their meaning and attain their purpose. I will work with you to learn skills that can improve your relationships and your self-image. Life is short and I feel it is important to make changes quickly and effectively so you can move forward with a more healthy approach to face life's challenges.

I have experience working with children, young adults, and families affected by the criminal justice and child protective services system. My training includes facilitating groups for children who have an incarcerated parent. I will use my practical skills to help you through difficult situations with acceptance, professionalism, and respect.
