What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients new or existing get the same attention. For new clients I spend more time on the accounts the first year to learn the clients business. A new client with my company would expect a lot of communication from me in the begininng until I can learn their company and procedures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Accounting and have worked at public accounting practices for the last 18.5 years.
