I started doing bookeeping for my own construction business back in 2003, and then helping a couple of friends with their bookkeping needs. But it was not until the end of 2009 when I started my own bookkeeping service and started offering it outside of the family and friends circle. In 2011 I started working with a local tax preparation company as a contractor, until 2015 when that business got sold out and some of its clients came back to me.
