Please look at the artist's capabilities in terms of structure, color use, compostion, effective use of typography, layout, etc. Just because you don't see what you're looking for in my portfolio, doesn't mean I'm not capable of achieving your vision. Come explore the possibilities wih me and let me show you "I Can"!
Everyday is a different day. Every project I work on is different. This is what I love most: exploring the project, visually creating other's visions/thoughts, and the passion I put forth in order to make things happen. I love what I do, so this isn't a "job" for me, bur rather an outlet letting me express other's vision on paper, digital, or other mediums.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an appointment, listen to what the client is trying to accomplish, research the industry or product, develop concepts, either meet again with the concepts or email communicate them, receive feedback with modifications or approval, work on final art, once approvals are met, proceed with whatever it is they may have in print, digital, photography, screenprint, web development, and writing mediums.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree of Fine Art in Graphic/Web Design and Illustration. I'm also a writer, fine artist, photographer, and have developed many custom projects for individuals as well as small businesses. I pride myself in listening so I can develop the best for my clients. I pay great attention to detail.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is by project or hourly depending on the scope of the project.
How did you get started in this business?
My love and passion for the arts. I've been drawing since I was 7 years old, and this is what I was meant to do. I've know it since then. This is part of me, and who I am. I am a true Artist.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with Automotive News in media buying, training and consulting firms, schools, health industry related companies/franchises, entrepreneurs, small businesses, restaurants, and individuals. I've also done photo shoots for the same.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I painted a Lion's head on canvas as a housewarming gift for my nephew. He loved it, as he looks at Lions as powerful, yet tame in nature. I incorporated a fierce head with a tame one in the background. He was very moved by it and so was I, as I poured my heart and soul into this project. I am very proud of it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Know my portfolio is based on use of every medium. Just because you don't see what you are thinking of in my portfolio, doesn't mean I can't do the job. Look at the aesthetics of each project, design elements and color use, brand consistency, use of light, layout composition, visual effects, etc. All of these are what an artist is capable of, and if you don't see it in their work, then they aren't the right fit, but if you do, then give the artist a chance to prove themselves over and above what you see. I am more than capable of executing anything given to me and know you won't be disappointed in the outcome. A chance is all an artist is looking for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask the individual about their availability and location before moving forward. Asking them if they work remotely or not would help in case with your location and time zone. Have them ask if the designer is experienced in the area you are looking for, i.e. logo design, book typesetting, etc. Have the designer walk you through their portfilio so you can have a clear understanding of both the designer and their thinking level. Ask how they would approach a project, time frame, and design process. Ask the designer/artist what quailities they look for in a client, this gives insight as to the type of indivisual they are and reveals character. How they handle conflicts is also a great quesiton, this lets you see if they are customer oriented or not. Ask the designer about the way they work so when you're finished, you have a rounded scope of what to expect. Those are questions I would ask if I wanted to hire someone because those are the things that are important to me to deliver on.
