What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We have a an intro discovery/technology styling call, where we briefly get to know you, assess your business tech closet, and make suggestions based on the services you need. 2. Once we agree on the services you need, we send a service agreement that need to be signed, and a link to an invoice that you can pay via paypal or card. -For most one time projects there is a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining balance is paid before the project is released. -For monthly subscription services, the first month is invoiced right away. 3. During the time we're working on your project(s), we keep an open line of communication so you can email us anytime.

I started in college, when I volunteered to help professors with technical projects. I fell in love with tech!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
1- Chat with the owner first to make sure you click and they understand your vision. 2- Review their portfolio and ask a LOT of questions. 3- Make sure you understand their price structure and their process.
