We provide exceptional customer service and will work to make sure you get the highest refund possible! We offer Covid Safe in-person appointments or completely virtual services! Refund transfer is available, so if you don't want to pay fees upfront, you can have them taken out of your refund! Prepaid cards are also available, if you don't have a bank acct or don't want a check for your refund.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather all the clients Information so we can make sure that we know exactly what types of services the client needs. This can be done over the phone, email, in-person, or tthe client can access our customer portal online and fill-out a questionnaire and upload documents from their computer, tablet or cellphone. Then, we will go over the client's information and service requests with the client. After that, we will discuss the service that we are going to provide along with any advised on types of services will feel would benefit the client, then we will give the estimated price and timefrane for services are discussed. then, If a customer agrees to us performing services, their services will be completed in a reasonable timeframe. All fees are due at the time each service is completed.
