What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will conduct a thorough question an answer session to help with your taxes. I will collect data to help my assess your current events and stratigize with you to assure you are taking advantage of all the tax laws to benefit you.
If you are asking for Payroll Services Guardian Tax Consulting, Inc will need completed W4's. An overview of your company, the number of employees and other important information to properly provide payroll services to you.
If you need tax advice Guardian Tax Consulting will want to know what your current financial plan is and the means of earning revenue. We will then create a plan to help you with your goals.
If IRS or State Revenue consulting is needed we will conduct an interview and ask questions as to what is happeing how it began and current revenue streams and copies of financial documents to help assess and creat a solution for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from DePaul University in Chicago Illinois and while attending DePaul I had internships that were business and financially related to what I do now. I also worked for large corporations in Chicago and was a top performer. I have been working in the finance and tax profession for over 18 years. I started my own practice in 2006, so this is my 13th year working for myself. I perform many finance and tax tasks. Guardian Tax Consulting performs:

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
To have a standard pricing system in the accounting world is very difficult. One of the things I like most about my profession is I meet a lot of people and everyone is different. Just as everyone is diffferent so is their personal setting and finances. Therefore many folks need different services from the last. I am more than happy to offer a free consultation and afterward I will provide a firm quote.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for a national accounting and resolution firm in Chicago for a few years and just realized that my entrepreneurship mind was restless and I really wanted to get off on my own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many types of customers from a personal level one person, to a family, to small companies, partnerships and trusts.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I don't like to get too specific about clients and what they are going through. I recently had a clent that had not filed in several years. There was a balance due to the IRS from a assessment on years that were not filed. I got the client caught up and the balances went away, the client was very happy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would offer the advise of doing your homework as best you can on your certain situation. Then ask questions to the pro you are considering about your finances and see what they are saying to you. Check their background as much as you can. You can ask the individual your discussing your finances with about their background. How long have they been working with the company? Where did they go to school? How many clients do they have? You can ask for referrals? Just be thorough and make sure you feel comfortable with them.
