We provide high quality accounting and tax preparation and advisory sevices to privately held businesses and individuals. We speialize in working with franchise businesses but also work with a variety of others too. We are responsive and communicate well withour clients. Our principal also works with Intuit/TurboTax as a TurboTax Live Customer Support Specialist, showing that we have excellent expertise handing tax situations and working with clients. We get things done timely and charge fair and reasonable fees.
Everything. Main focus is on helping clients stay current in their income tax fiing responsibilties as well as helping them to pay the minimum taxes required under the tax laws.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we have a brief pone or email or in person visit to find out exactly what your needs are and what kind of shape your records are, plus we want to learn timelines for completion, and what your experiences have been (good, or bad) with other accountants. Then we prepare an engagement letter that spells out what we will do for you, what your responsibilities are, and what the fees will be. Normally we charge a flat fee (we usually do nbot bill by the hour) - so, there are no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
University of Michigan - Ross School of Business - BBA May 1979. I am a CPA and a Certified Franchise Executive.

We usually bill a flat fee based on how much time we expect the job to take us.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in 1979 and have worked in public accounting, as well as with some other companies as CFO, COO, and/or Chief Administrative Officer, ever since.

A variety of clients from franchise companies ot real estate to services to manufacturing to distribution to law firms to contractors...and more. Located in the US and globally.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
HIre me! :-) Seriosuly - make sure the "pro" understands your needs and timelines and that you feel comfortable that they can handle what you need; be willing to pay a fair and reasoionable fee to them for their services.
