About
We are a family owned and operated company as well as woman owned that provides detailed bookkeeping and QuickBooks Training services. We do not provide year end tax service but work with your CPA to lessen your tax burden. We take the time with our clients to understand their frustrations and provide a solution which fits their budget. Our services are completely customary as we always have our clients best interest in mind. We are a small firm so you're not just a number to us. Each client receives their own personal Bookkeeper in which they work with throughout the year.
We enjoy being able to provide our accounting expertise to our clients so they don't have to worry about the numbers and they can do what they do best and grow their business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free initial consultation which we then gather all of the information and concerns the client provides. We creat a solution for the issues at hand and send out a detailed quote. Once a quote is approved, we begin the client onboarding process and transition the accounting work to our firm.
For QuickBooks trainings, upon receiving payment, an appoinment is set up for our QuickBooks Pro Advisor to come onsite and provide training to staff or the business owner. We also have a classroom setting training option should you want to take that route.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
QuickBooks Training for business owners, first time users and office staff. We can either have onsite trainings at your business for staff or you can join us for one of our classroom settings in our conference room at our home office. With every training you get a QuickBooks ProAdvisor as well as any take home training material.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our Bookkeeping clients are provided a minimum of 10 hours of our services per month. If the client exceeds this amount, they are just charded the hourly rate for Bookkeeping Services.
Our Consulting clients prepurchase a package of hours which they can then use at anytime up to one year after the purchase date.
