What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will fill out a new client interview. We will then discuss what their tax situation is and how best to proceed.

My standard price for a personal return is $75 and a business return starts at $125 with $25 for each additional schedule C.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out by volunteering to help low income individuals in Ottawa county do their taxes. I then decided to work from my home and assist others with there taxes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly work with small businesses and individuals.
