What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with clients to bring their accounting up to date and help them make sure that they are maximizing their deductions. I like to take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level, this helps me to better serve them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the field of accounting for almost 20 years. I have extensive background in tax, however my real passion is helping clients to suceed and take the daunting burden of bookkeeping and tax off their plate so that they can focus on what matters to them.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing system is a value based pricing system. Each client has a taylored to their needs package built specifically for them and the level of needs they have.
How did you get started in this business?
Back in college, I was a computer science major. I took an accounting class with my then boyfiend now husband because he knew I was good at math and wanted me to help him with the class. I fell in love and never looked back. So when we started a family I wanted the flexability to spend time with our girls and still be able to work and so 4K Accounting was born. 4 Kiliszewski's and over the years they have all helped out.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with small to mid sized businesses. Mom and Pop shops as well as established companies with many employees.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that your personallities are compatible. It will be a close working relationship and you need to be able to trust this person with a lot of personal information.
