What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we start with a 15min intake session.
Secondly, we book your first session if we are a match!
From there we set a routine schedule for consistency and to receive the best that therapy or life coaching services can offer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring the mindfulness approach into therapy sessions along with strength based, cultural sensitivity and compassion focused therapy. It is my belief that a therapeutic relationship requires understanding of communication styles, cultural awareness and simply what works best for each individual person.
I have worked with various populations from diverse backgrounds and educational status. When troubles finds us it does not discriminate. I am here to help you create a safe place to speak freely without the feelings of judgement, backlash or creating self doubt. My goal is to help provide you with an extra few tools to increase your inner balance and peace.
