What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss over the phone what I do in my practice, how I've helped many clients who have been seeking info on line. I talk about what the client is looking to do with the bookmarked funds they have. Then from there we set an appointment face to face in my office. From there I do a full fact finder and learn more about the person and their needs and goals for retirement. We will have a 2nd face to face where I walk through and educate them on 2 different plans. After both dession makers make up their minds we summit the app. I am non fee based so zero fee's
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out in this business as annuity Markter, I called on agents like myself every day and compaired their products to the ones I offered. I did the retirement plans for those agents. So my training of the different types of Annuities out there is much deeper than others. I did that for 8 years and then went independant as a agent. I have always been involved with clients in one form or fashion over my working carrier.

We are NOT a fee based company. We get paid from the insurance company.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out as said before as annuity Marketer. From there after 8 years of selling and marketing annuities to agents across the country I went on my own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The clients I work with range from 40 yrs old to 80 years old. I work with all types of retirement plans, from those of you who are just getting started to those of you that are ready to retire in 1 year. You do not have to have Millions to work with me and my team.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I do a lot of SS workshops and retirement planning workshops all over the area. In a given month between 2-4 of them a month.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You need to be able to TRUST him or her.
He or she needs to be able to meet your goals and needs.
You need to feel comfortable with the person you are doing business with.
You need to be able to get your questions answered in the way you need to learn.
You also need to be able to contact this professional at anytime.
