What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can contact us direct on Thervo or through our website www.jac.financial for a free initial consultation. This allows us to understand the need of the client and craft our proposed solution and implementation plan. We also use this as an opportunity to introduce ourselves as we embark upon a new relationship with each other.
Upon completion of our consultation, each new client receives a proposal capturing scope, cost and timeline for review and negotiation.
Finally to accept the proposal a contract is drafted and 50% of services is invoiced and due to begin work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors of Science in Finance from Michigan State University and have garnered the following hands-on experience through my 12 years in Corporate
