Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather the information needed from the customer to determine if we can be of service. We provide the client with a stellar experience at a competitive price!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of expertise and training in accurately preparing individual tax returns as well as businesses of all sizes.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a tax preparer working for a big tax service I will not name. The prices to me were doing more harm to the clients then help. I found myself as a manager consistently finding ways to give my clients discounts. That's when I decided that I had been running an office for someone else so well I could run my own. That very year All A's Tax Service LLC was born. We have since trained and became licensed in other fields of financial services. Which is why we ultimately changed our name to All A's Financial Services LLC. Same great service just more to love.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have serviced a wide variety of clients. Individuals as well as Small and Corporate businesses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions. See what the company can offer you and make your decision based on your findings not others.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When I hire a Professional to do anything I stick with the 3 P's... Pricing, Process,Promise.
Pricing.... of course we all need to know what we are paying.
Process.... what will they offer, what do I need to do to make the process more efficient, how long will it take.
Promise..... what guarantee/warranty is offered. If I'm not satisfied what are my options.
