What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is making sure we fully understand your tax situation. We do this by downloading your Master File Transcripts directly from the IRS Database and generating a comprehensive report for your case. This report will be used as the foundation for a one-on-one consultation with your tax advisor where they will go through the various strategies for the resolution of your tax debt. Once a strategy is decided upon, our Documentation Management staff will aid you in the gathering of financial documentation needed to successfully resolve your case before the IRS. Once the documentation gathering process is complete, your tax advisor will fill out the requisite forms and prepare for the negotiation with the IRS.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jared Thoma, Managing Partner of the Global Tax Advisors, graduated from the University of Florida - Levin College of Law with a Juris Doctor. He completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University. In his professional career, he is practiced in both trial advocacy and defense work opposite state judicial systems, as well as an experienced negotiator due to his previous positions as a small business in-house counselor in the Health and Wellness Industries.

All tax debt resolution services are offered at flat rates - based on numbers of back tax years to be filed, total tax debt amounts, and type of resolution strategy pursued. All clients will have a complete and thorough understanding of representation costs before any money is spent.
