CMMC Holistic Healing
About
I have a very laid-back approach to working with my clients. I take the time to get to know you as a person and understand your history. This only helps me heal you better. My hope is that you feel comfortable with me and together we will build a healing plan that suits your lifestyle.
I truly enjoy working with all my clients. I started this business as a way to connect with others, to learn about their histories, and find ways to help heal them. I sincerely hope this comes through in all my interactions. The best feeling I have is when a client can tell me they feel better after a session.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first session together, we will sit for awhile and talk about your goals for holistic healing. We will talk about your past, both medically and personally, but only as much as you wish to share with me. Everything stays 100% confidential. We will sign a few forms, probably talk a little bit more, and then start our session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Reiki practitioner, crystal healer, essential oil specialist, and hypnotherapist (non-medical). I am continually educating myself on new techniques and practices, so by the time you are reading this, I probably have a new trick or two up my sleeve.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For my reiki sessions, I charge $55 for 30 minutes, and $85 for 60 minutes. All my sessions come with aromatherapy (unless you are sensitive to smell) and crystal healing.
How did you get started in this business?
Typically I will talk about this during our first session, but the short version is that I had a medical crisis in 2019. I was out of work for 3 months. I've always had an interest in eastern medicine and had dabbled before, but during my time off, I really started to study. This led me to taking classes and eventually getting certified. I started the business in February 2020 to start working with clients on a part-time basis. I still work full-time during the day, so my hours are fairly limited, but I do my best to accomodate.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research first. There are many light-workers and healers out there. You want to find someone that you connect with. Also, be on the lookout for people who are willing to take advantage of you. Credentials are great, but more credentials don't mean they get to charge an outrageous amount of money. We are doing this because we want to help you, not get rich.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about what your end results will be. Alternative medicine, light-work, and holistic healing are all great alternatives to western medicine, but most of us are NOT medical doctors. You should ALWAYS consult with a trained medical professional before starting any new treatments, and that includes working with us. The primary modalities I work with are reiki and crystals, which have little to no side effects, but in the long-term can cause changes in the body that would need medications to be adjusted, for example. I want you to heal, but be safe. Those are my #1 concerns.
