I believe that everyone can be a leader and I enjoy helping people discover their leadership potential. I practice listening more than speaking. I am attentive, I am able to provide a neutral perspective while challenging and motivating you to take those necessary steps to achieve your goals. I am a certified executive coach, I am trained in personality and career assessment, and I have a true passion for helping others acheive their goals. I also own a health and wellness company to help take their health into their own hands.
I know what it is like be stuck. I have entered points in my life where I did not know which way to go in my career. At times I felt lost and alone. No one should ever have to feel like they have to go through that process by themselves. I can help you move through that difficult process, allow you to clear your head, and provide that supportive ear while helping your acheive your goals using tools backed by science.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone call with no charge to specifically learn the client's needs. I have a casual informal questionnaire that we will go through. I also feel this is a critical time for the customer to get to know me as well. If we connect and move forward, we will discuss a fair and reasonable price up front. I will never charge for services that are not agreed upon.
I never pressure! If we decide to in a journey together, you will have my full time and energy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified executive coach, I am certified and trained an personality assesssments, conflict resolution, and Crutial Conversations.
I hold my master's degree in Public Administration and Health Policy Administration. I have my Doctorate in Education in Leadership Studies and Organizational Development.

I provide a free consultation and charge 75.00 per hour but I work out very reasonable pricing for ongoing services.
