Shanda Pickett CEO and Founder of LoveandWellnessSpa LLC havebeen giving the gift of Massage Therapy professionally since September 2006. Shanda is a proud graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan where she discovered this amazing gift of massage and energy healing. Shanda has an array of modalities to customize your healing experience such as Reiki which is a subtle but powerful stress reduction technique, Deep tissue massage which strengthen, tone, and restructure tired weak muscles ; while gaining flexibility and range of motion, Table Thai which include rocking, stretching, and compressions that will leave you in a state of total bliss. Shanda also have education in Nursing, esthetics, and Concierge services to fit any of your beauty and healing needs. It is my pleasure to welcome you to health and beauty from the inside out.
