As an integrative psychotherapist I work with clients on a number of levels to create empowerment through awareness, acceptance and acknowledgment of limitless possibilities and choices. My clients and I work together as a team to remove blocks, overcome barriers and carve out new pathways to a healthier emotional, physical and spiritual life.

Without a doubt the most enjoyable part of what I do with clients is being a witness to their transformative process. Watching them shift, grow and access their full potential is one of the most humbling and touching experiences that I can think of.
