What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Client calls and asks for help with a particular issue.  We connect them to an available therapist that can help with such issues.  They set up an appointment together.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All therapists have a masters degree or doctorate.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

No.  It varies due to insurance coverage & deductables.

How did you get started in this business?

A group of therapists started this practice together.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

A potential client called in and after speaking to a therapist realised they did not have affordable coverage.  The therapist worked to help them on the phone with anxiety.  Another client called the wrong clinic, but after talking to a therapist, they decided to drive across town because the therapist was so kind to help them on the phone that day with severe anxiety.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

With 11-14 therapists to choose from, you surely can find the help you need with us.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Sometimes they call their insurance to see what deductible or co-pay needs to be met when scheduling visits.
