Harry practiced law as a solo general practitioner from 1974 with an emphasis on real estate and Estate Planning.. In 1987 he founded Fidelity Title Company, a boutique title insurance agency specializing in commercial transactions. Since 2006 he formed Land Title Insurance Services to associate with Title Connect to continue to provide commercial title insurance services.
During the early law practice years, he held all offices of the two Bar Associatios. Harry argued several appeals in the Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court and the 6th Circuit Federal Appeals Court in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was lead counsel in a class action lawsuit appeal against the State of Michigan filed in the United States Supreme Court in 1984.
Harry is a former board member of Flagstar Bank and Knollwood Country Club.
In 2006 Harry formed Fidelity Commercial Services now doing business as Land Title Insurance Services to provide additional real estate services:
Appraisal, Survey, Environmental Reports, Mortgage Foreclosures and Quiet Title Actions.

In 2013, Harry co-founded CPR of Michigan, LLC- a consortium of professional firms consisting of title and escrow, appraisal, survey, environmental, accounting and architectural. The mission is to educate young professionals about the various real estate professions. The CPR stands for Commercial Professional Resources and the tag line is "We breathe life into your real estate transaction."
In 2014 Harry's company, Fidelity Commercial Services, co-sponsored a Charity Solo Piano concert and raised $10,000 for MS and The Pink Fund.
Harry is the former Treasurer for Main Street Franklin.
Harry lives in Bloomfield Hills with his wife Peggy for 49 years.

I graduated with honors from Wayne State University Law School. I practiced before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. I owned and operated my own title insurance agency for 20 years insuring over 8 billion dollars in transactions both commercial and residential.

I charge by the hour at the rate of $275.00 Retainers if needed to cover anywhere from 3 to 20 hours. If litigation 10 hours for the district court and 20 hours for circuit court actions.
