What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We speak on the phone for about 15 minutes to see if worthwhile for you and me to come in for an appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated with honors from Wayne State University Law School. I practiced before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.  I owned and operated my own title insurance agency for 20 years insuring over 8 billion dollars in transactions both commercial and residential.

I am affiliated with a title insurance agency and provide discounts to my clients.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I charge by the hour at the rate of $275.00 Retainers if needed to cover anywhere from 3 to 20 hours. If litigation 10  hours for the district court and 20 hours for circuit court actions.
