What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer for a 30-60 minute session to assess the current and long term needs, and expectations. The session can be conducted in-person, by phone, or via a video.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied accounting and have an active CPA license. I also have an MBA degree.
