About
Over the years, I have studied many holistic approaches that lead to improved health and wellbeing. My massage therapy practice began in 2011, since then I have studied the Mind Body connection in depth. This enables me to view clients as a whole rather than simply a symptom or diagnosis, bringing about more profound results. By combining massage therapy with wellness coaching, my clients recieve the information they are looking for to experience their wellness goals. Each massage is customizable to include swedish massage, deep tissue, stretching, and reflexology to suite the needs of the client. I listen to my clients concerns and expectations to tailor their session specifically for them.
Being a service provider is incredibly rewarding. I love that my work facilitates immediate improvement to the state of the clients wellbeing, while at the same time providing long term benefits as well. There is no better feeling than when a client gets up from the table feeling lighter, more relaxed, and ready to take on the world before them.
