I am a compassionate therapist that works to "get to the bottom" of what is causing you or your child distress. I have an approach that is both warm and direct, and I am very "no nononse" about making sure we are on the fast track to getting you feeling better!
My approach could be described as: psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and neurobiological.
Therapies that I especially like to use are: CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, and Gottman Method
Working with clients and seeing them make positive changes in their life is very rewarding. I am always quietly (or not that quietly) cheering for clients as they overcome.

Online services available for resdients of New Jersey. Online and face to face services available for residents of Maryland. Some insurances accepted for services in Maryland.
