What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to meet with the client and talk to them about what services they would like us to provide. After the conversation we determine their needs and figure out the best approach for their situation. Each client is customized to best serve their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff have degrees and continually attend CE classes yearly. Our staff exceeds the state minimum requirements to be better able to serve our clients.
