I understand that no two clients are alike. Services are based on evidence-based strategies that are specific to you and your needs. You and I can work together to set achievable goals to help get you to where you want to be in life.
I also provide weekly anger management group sessions that cover a myriad of topics ranging from learning about anger to learning how to deal with stress and anxiety!
