What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sessions are not time sensitive. The purpose is to walk out of the session better than you walked in. Typically, initial sessions last somewhere between 2 and 3 hours. I suggest your relationship should be better within 4 sessions, once a week. At that point, we switch to every other week for a few. If the improvements are lasting, it becomes once a month or every other month.
